Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Recruit, train, on-the-job coaching, motivate and manage both team, credit and sale team to perform their work successfully
Work closely to conduct coaching with Clean Water Experts (CWEs) to set up and hold daily group and direct sales meetings in villages to sell Tonsai ceramic water filters to end users. Main CWE sales activities include how to
SOURCE prospective customers – Engage in pre-meeting activities in order to set up and hold successful sales meeting
SELL – Use the “Clean Water Storybook” to engage prospect and sell Tonsai filter
SECURE payment and delivery.
SERVE – Ensure timely and effective delivery of product and customer satisfaction
Plan for both teams and hold monthly credit team meeting to plan loan collection and hold weekly sale team meeting plan, weekly and monthly goals, objectives and agendas
Collect and analyse daily, weekly and month sale data and loan collection to coach individual CWEs and Collection Officers (COs) and set strategy for both teams to achieve sales and loan collection targets
Responsible for all stock and inventory management in the field office. Work closely with Hydrologic Logistics Manager, Warehouse Controller, and local delivery person to coordinate stock and daily and weekly delivery schedule. Ensure correct sales revenue documentation and money collection process
Coordinate to set up growth /expansion plan, delinquency management plan and ensure the quality of information and completeness of loan documents prepared by the CO’s under supervision client’s business information, KIVA information (loan documents, reports, passbook, vouchers, official receipt, and other documents…)
Maintain accurate results of credit team through recording of loan collection Google sheet and Summary Villages, Official recepts, and GLCs report and sale team through recording of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by CWEs and Provincial Delivery Coordinator (PDCs)
Ensure the loan quality, and effective bad debt collection of your own branch and ensure correct compensation for both team
Screen and approve commune, villages, and client’s requested loan amount proposed by and in collaboration with collection officer and CWEs
Manage and train both teams (sale and credit), including scheduling, pro-active customer follow-up and timely response to hotline requests
Strictly follow up entering data into Taro System and loan collection Google sheet by verifying weekly system data sale and credit with accurate date sale and collection report with Sale Administration
Coordinate with sale and credit for solving issue of the system and loan arrear
Complete monthly stock and inventory assessment in MDO and submit to WHO? At head office
Ensure the compliance of fraud of prevention guideline and take necessary actions to continuously improve prevention and detection
Establish s strong mechanism for working with under-supervised staff, involved parties, and build good relationships with local authorities
Coordinate and work closely to process requested budget and expensed documents for both team/sale and credit with Sale Administration
Ensure that the branch has satisfactory audit rating compliance to audit recommendation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and/or management in the private sector.
• Written and spoken Khmer language
• Written and spoken English language preferable
• Proficient computer skills – can use Microsoft Word and Excel, Email
• Has own motorcycle and mobile phone to use at all times
• This is a field-based position. Must have the ability to drive personal moto long distances
(5-50km) independently to various communes and villages on a daily basis.
